Product Description

Testsealabs  Brucellosis (Brucella) IgG/IgM Test 

Intended Use
This product adopts purified brucellosis specific antigen and USES colloidal gold immunochromatography to detect brucellosis antibody in whole blood /serum /plasma samples of human and is suitable for auxiliary diagnosis of brucellosis disease.



Test Procedure:
Allow the test, specimen, buffer and/or controls to reach room temperature 15-30ºC (59-86ºF) prior to testing.

1. Remove the test card from the aluminum foil bag and place it on a clean operating table.
2. Add a drop of serum (no more) of about 10 microns to a bottle of sample buffer tube with a micro sampler and mix well. Then use the dropper to draw 3 drops from the buffer tube into the sample hole of the test card, and wait for about 10 minutes
3. Read the experimental results within 10-15 minutes, and the results after 15 minutes are invalid
Notes:
Applying sufficient amount of specimen is essential for a valid test result. If migration (the wetting of membrane) is not observed in the test window after one minute, add one more drop of buffer   to the specimen well.


Interpretation of Results

Negative (-) : only one red quality control line appears.
Positive (+) : there are two red lines, quality control line and detection line
Invalid: no red line or only test line
