Newcastle disease virus antigen rapid test strip is based on immuno-chromatographic rapid test method, to detect Newcastle disease virus antigen. Add sample to the sample collection well, the sample move along with colloidal gold labeled anti-NDV monoclonal antibody on Chromatography membrane. If there is NDV Antigen in the sample, combine with the Antibody on Test line, appear wine red color. If there is no NDV Antigen, there is no color reaction.
